How to order?
- In order to make your online purchase, you must register as a user. You can create your account easily just by pressing the registration button on the web, or when you reach the section “Register” in “Your Shopping Cart”.
- Fill out the requested details and remember the username and password (Please print the form before submitting it).
- You will need the username and password to make your purchase.
Finding ítems
There are several ways to find an item:
- You can use the navigation tree to browse through items.
- If you already know the item number or the product description, you can use “Search Store” to speed up the ordering process.
- If you need further information or have any doubts, please contact us via our website or telephone and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shopping Cart
- Once you have found the item and wish to purchase it, indicate the quantity of items required and press “Add to my Order” and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. There, you can check the content of your order and the price of each item.
Checkout
- When you have added the requested items to your shopping cart, press the “View Order” button. At checkout, you can either register or sign in if you haven’t already done so.
Registration
- To place an order, you must be a registered customer. You can easily create an account by pressing the registration button or when you reach the shopping cart page.
- Fill out your details and be sure to remember your username and password (Print the page before you submit details!).
- The data entered in the boxes are case-sensitive. Be sure to leave no blanks.
- You will need your username and password to be able to sign in and order.
Methods of Payment
- The payment methods available are: Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer and they will be reflected in the checkout process.
- When using a credit card, you will be directed to a secure server that will allow you to complete your payment safely.
- If you make a bank transfer, the order will be confirmed once the transaction is validated.
- The invoice will be included when the order is shipped. If you require the invoice via email, please go to the “Invoice history” option in the tab.
Order confirmation
- When you receive the confirmation of the order, it means that the purchase has been successful and shipment is being activated. We will send an email of confirmation when all the details have been verified.
Shipment
- The shipment will be made as soon as possible once the order has been validated.
